Wonderful Stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel – Perfect Location and Amazing Hospitality! We had a lovely stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel! The location is perfect—close to everything you need in Sapa like shops, transport, and local spots, but tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the tourist crowds. A highlight of our stay was the newly opened restaurant downstairs, Taste of Vietnam. The food was excellent—truly one of the best in town—and Mr. Tim, the owner, is incredibly kind, humble, and accommodating. The hotel staff were also amazing. Special thanks to Andy, who was always helpful, polite, and spoke English very well. He made our stay even more comfortable with his assistance and warm hospitality. The room itself was great value for money. The water heater and water pressure were both excellent—something we truly appreciated after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa!

โรงแรมปิดปรับปรุงไม่เปิดให้บริการ แต่ยังเปิดขายในระบบ ทำให้แผนการท่องเที่ยวของฉันยุ่งยากมากขึ้น แต่ยังดีที่ Trip ให้ความช่วยเหลือและแนะนำ ให้ฉันได้เข้าพักที่ Sapa wing แทน ซึ่ง Sapa wing ดูแลดีมาก

This hotel is in a great location near Sapa station and feels super homey. The ambiance is cozy, the included breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. They even have a sweet dog named Ruby who made our stay extra special. Our room exceeded expectations—spacious, clean, and with a great view. Highly recommended! I’d definitely stay here again.

Decent Stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel with Some Drawbacks Sapa Elegance Hotel is in a very good location—just about a 4-minute walk to Sun Plaza, which is convenient if you’re planning to go up to Fansipan. However, be prepared for an uphill walk to reach the hotel, which can be quite tiring, especially if you’re traveling with senior citizens. While the staff mentioned that the hotel was recently renovated, the room still felt quite old and dusty. The heater in the bathroom also took a while to heat up, especially after one person had already used it. That said, the staff were very friendly, accommodating to our requests, and sincerely apologetic about the issues we encountered. Breakfast was good, but the selection was quite limited. Overall, the service made up for some of the downsides, but improvements in cleanliness and facilities would make this hotel much better.

엄청 오래된 호텔임을 감안하면 그럭저럭 나쁘지 않았음 몸을 온수도 엄청 잘나오고 시설 자체는 깨끗했음. 4월에 여행가면 추운데, 에어컨에서 난방도 잘 되었음 조식이 맛있다고 리뷰가 있었는데 맛은 정말 나쁘지 않은데 일반적으로 생각한 그런 케이터링이 있는 조식 뷔페가 아니라 메뉴판에 주문 받는 조식이었음. 메뉴 개수 제한 없이 무료였고 내가 생각한 조식 메뉴도 아니었음 (버터 토스트 -＞ 버터랑 바게트(반미) 절반이 나온다거나 팬케이크 -＞ 한국 경상도식 호박전 느낌으로 나온다거나) 다만 사파 광장에서 거리가 매우 가깝기 때문에 판시판이나 깟깟마을, 타반 마을 투어 가기에는 매우 편했음 (사파 호수는 솔직히 호텔, 식당 밖에 없어서 굳이 거기서 안 자도 될거 같음)

Главное достоинство этой гостиницы - это её персонал. Мы благодарны девушке-администратору за её искренние улыбки и заботу о нас. Обстановка в гостинице очень простая, но находиться там было приятно. Завтрак по меню был сытным и вкусным.
